Shipping & Handling
We use specially designed packaging developed over years of experience. Each mango is individually wrapped in protective tissue paper and placed in cushioned corrugated boxes with adequate ventilation. For bulk orders, we use reinforced wooden crates with multiple layers of protection. Our packaging ensures your mangoes arrive in perfect condition.
For domestic orders within India, delivery typically takes 2-4 business days depending on your location. Metro cities usually receive orders within 2 days. We harvest mangoes to order, ensuring maximum freshness. During peak season (April-June), slight delays may occur due to high demand.
While we take every precaution in packaging, if your mangoes arrive damaged, please photograph the package and contents immediately and contact us within 12 hours. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund as per our quality guarantee policy. Customer satisfaction is our priority.
